This Online Service Request system allows visitors to submit suggestions, request information, place service requests, or report possible code violations to the City of Lowell at your convenience.
A ticket number is assigned to each new Action Line Request. The ticket number allows you to check back on the website at any time to view the current status of your request. Submitting an email address with your Action Line Request will result in a confirmation email.
While it is not necessary to register in order to submit an Action Line Request, we encourage you to do so in order to easily track all of your Action Line Requests; doing so also allows you to easily register for mailing lists and newsletters.
Please be aware that this system is not intended to address emergency or public safety situations requiring immediate attention. Action Line Requests entered after hours will be reviewed by City staff as soon as possible during the next business day, and be acted upon accordingly. In order to accommodate inspection schedules, all inspection requests require a minimum lead time of twenty-four (24) business hours.
